"I just moved from Pennsylvania to Iowa and got my business, renters and car insurance through this office. The whole process was taken care of by this team. That's the right word to describe them. And they were very accommodating, and friendly. Don't know what your doing in general with insurance? Walk in and ask for help, they won't look down on you or take advantage of you. Don't know how to use that statefarm insurance app? Walk in and ask them to help, they didn't hesitate to help me with that either. A few weeks after getting my car insurance secured, someone went through a red light and hit me and totalled my car. Now I really don't know what to do. So I walk in the next day, tell them what happened, and they got on the phone FOR me, to talk to the claims agent. They knew all the information needed and gladly did the talking for me, that made it so much easier. I'm glad I just so happened to pick Maggie Dunagan's office, after walking into a different office where no one greeted me or called me back or anything. And I had waited for a while. I'm so glad I started working with this team instead. Maggie, Kim, Stacy, and Ali. Undesirable circumstances have led me to meet and work with them all, but that's how I can say they are all great at what they do, and work together to take good care of their customers."
